Club Receptionist – Member Concierge

About the role

Third Space is seeking a full‑time permanent Member Concierge to be the first point of contact for members entering our luxury health clubs in London. You will embody the brand’s high‑standard service and help create a welcoming, premium environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience.
• Maintain the club’s front‑desk operations, including handling enquiries and member requests.
• Uphold the club’s exceptional standards and values in every interaction.
• Assist with early duty management tasks and support the team during peak periods.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and reflective of the brand’s luxury image.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering five‑star customer service.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage demanding members.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic team player.
• Flexibility to work early and late shifts (5:00‑23:00).
