Cluster Manager

About the role

Our client, a large national leisure brand, is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple venues in Kingston upon Thames. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring compliance within a heavily regulated leisure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large leisure venue with diverse propositions, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Lead and develop a sizable team across various functions, scheduling work and covering unsociable shifts as needed.
• Maintain high levels of operational compliance and health & safety standards.
• Drive customer service excellence and uphold the venue’s brand image.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and deliver bonus‑linked targets.

Required profile

• Background in leisure, hospitality, or high‑volume retail environments.
• Proven experience running your own site or acting as a senior deputy in a large operation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended and occasional unsociable shifts.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
