About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Cluster Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across South West London and surrounding areas. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the warm, welcoming experience our coffee house and bakery brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple store locations to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Coach, mentor and develop Store Managers to maximise team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse KPIs, sales reports and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards across all sites.
• Resolve operational challenges and escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Uphold brand standards and foster a positive, customer‑first culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing several retail or hospitality locations.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and commercial performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people‑development abilities.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a passion for exceptional customer experiences.
