About the role
The Cluster Manager will lead a group of five VPZ vape stores in Hampshire, overseeing store performance, coaching store managers and their teams, and driving sales and service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 15‑20 employees across five stores (Andover, Basingstoke, Gosport, Farnborough, Fareham).
- Maximise store revenue and meet commercial targets.
- Maintain consistent operational standards and exceptional customer service.
- Coach and develop Store Managers, delivering sales and service training.
- Collaborate with shop‑floor colleagues to ensure smooth trading.
Required profile
- Proven track record as a manager in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Multisite experience is beneficial.
- Strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Valid driver’s licence.
