CNC Laser Operator – 4‑day week, Fridays off

About the role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team on a Monday‑to‑Thursday schedule, enjoying Fridays off. You will work with a range of 2D and 3D CNC laser machines, producing components for motor‑sport, petro‑chemical and scientific sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Operate various CNC laser machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to set up jobs.
- Maintain machine shop health and safety standards.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing flow and quality of produced parts.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role (milling, turning, grinding).
- Ability to commute to Burgess Hill.
- Desire for a stable, day‑based position with Fridays off.
Required skills
- CNC laser operation (2D & 3D).
- Technical drawing interpretation.
- Machine shop health and safety procedures.
