About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join a specialist manufacturer of high‑precision medical and optical components. The successful candidate will work on a dedicated production line, ensuring that every part meets the strict quality standards required for critical healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC lathe machines to produce specialised components.
• Machine high‑tolerance optical and medical‑grade materials according to technical drawings.
• Perform regular quality inspections and dimensional measurements.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or Setter/Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
