CNC Miller – 4‑Day Working Week

About the role

This permanent position is for an experienced CNC Miller who wants a balanced 4‑day working week. You will join a well‑established machining company that has recently invested in new equipment and a modern workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program a variety of CNC milling machines.
• Produce small and large batch components to precise specifications.
• Follow safety and quality standards in a clean, modern workshop.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise machining processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC milling, including setting, operating and programming.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Thursday (7 am‑4 pm or 8 am‑5 pm) and finish early on Friday.
• Ability to adapt to different control systems with provided training.

• Machine programming for milling operations
