About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join our Camberley facility. The role offers specialist training in offline programming and 5‑axis machining, with generous overtime opportunities to boost earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate CNC milling machines (3‑ and 4‑axis).
- Produce components from stainless steel, aluminium and other materials to a tolerance of 0.01 microns.
- Follow precise machining procedures and maintain high‑quality standards.
- Participate in optional overtime shifts paid at 1.75× the normal rate.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller.
- Motivated to develop advanced 5‑axis skills through company‑provided training.
- Willing to work Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm on‑site.
- Commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- CNC milling operation (3‑axis, 4‑axis).
- Offline programming for CNC machines.
- Stainless steel machining.
- Aluminium machining.
- Understanding of tight tolerances (0.01 microns).
What we offer
- Salary £40,000 – £45,000 per year (OTE up to £60,000 with overtime).
