About the role
We are seeking a motivated CNC Miller to join our day‑shift production team in St. Neots. You will set up and run 3‑axis milling machines to produce high‑precision engineering components for specialist industries, with full training and a clear path towards supervisory responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, program and operate 3‑axis CNC milling machines (Doosan or Haas) on a day‑shift schedule.
- Manufacture precision components to exact specifications while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with section leaders, supporting their workload and standing in for colleagues when required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience operating 3‑axis CNC milling equipment.
- Hands‑on experience with Doosan or Haas machines.
- Proactive attitude with a desire for increased responsibility and career progression.
