CNC Miller (Fanuc Controls) – Bristol

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller with Fanuc control expertise to join our Bristol manufacturing site. You will work on a variety of bespoke and bulk projects, turning engineering drawings into high-quality machined components while enjoying a balanced Monday‑Friday schedule with a half‑day on Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up, operate and program CNC milling machines equipped with Fanuc controls.
• Interpret and machine parts from engineering drawings.
• Produce both one‑off bespoke components and larger‑volume batches for technical industries.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficiency on the shop floor.
• Participate in overtime shifts as required to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating and setting CNC mills.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Willingness to work long‑term in a Bristol‑based role and commute from the surrounding area.
• Motivation to develop further CNC programming skills.
