CNC Miller – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller to work night shifts in our precision engineering facility. The successful candidate will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high‑quality components from engineering drawings, adhering to tight tolerances and strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC milling machines.
• Produce precision components from engineering drawings.
• Inspect work and perform quality checks to meet required tolerances.
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow manufacturing instructions.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions.
• Maintain machines, tools, and work area in a clean condition.
• Follow health, safety, quality, and environmental procedures, including ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Fully skilled, time‑served CNC Setter/Operator with relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in CNC milling, preferably in an aerospace environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good computer literacy and problem‑solving skills.
