About the role
Join a growing precision engineering team in Lymington, Hampshire. You will work in a clean, modern workshop equipped with state‑of‑the‑art HAAS CNC machinery, producing small precision components from steel, plastics, brass and aluminium.
Key responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate HAAS CNC machines.
- Manufacture small precision components in various materials.
- Maintain high‑quality standards throughout production.
- Work from existing tooling and repeat component drawings.
- Use measuring equipment to verify dimensional accuracy.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a CNC programmer and setter.
- Strong knowledge of HAAS CNC equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Confident use of precision measuring tools.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work within a small, friendly team.
