About the role
We are seeking a CNC Miller to join a well‑established defence specialist company in Bideford. The role offers specialist training in both online and offline CNC programming and the option to work a four‑day week.
Key responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate CNC milling machines.
- Work with a variety of materials including plastic, stainless steel and copper.
- Develop skills in online and offline CNC programming.
Required profile
- Experienced CNC Miller looking to expand programming knowledge.
- Motivated to undertake specialist training and progress towards managerial roles.
- Preference for a four‑day working week.

What we offer
- Salary £40,000‑£45,000 per year (OTE up to £52,000 with overtime).
- Specialist training in CNC programming.
