CNC Operator – High Precision Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join a rapidly expanding, industry‑leading company that designs and manufactures high‑precision equipment for a variety of sectors. You will work on exciting products in a dynamic team based in Cambridge.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high‑precision components.
- Maintain tooling equipment and ensure machines are ready for production.
- Meet quality and output targets on a rotating early/late shift pattern.
- Support the introduction of new products by configuring machines and tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC machines.
- Preferably experience on milling machines.
- Willingness to work early and late shifts on a weekly rotating schedule.
- Able to commute to the Cambridge area.
