CNC Operator – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to join a busy manufacturing site in Gloucester. The role is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, with an immediate start, and involves running CNC equipment to produce high‑quality components.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery for production runs.
• Load raw materials and prepare machines for each job.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust parameters and ensure efficient output.
• Carry out quality inspections and precise measurements of finished parts.
• Read and follow technical drawings and production specifications.
• Identify and report any machine faults or maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Support the wider production team as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating CNC equipment (preferred).
• Background in manufacturing or woodworking is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
