About the role
Join a leading agricultural machinery manufacturer as a CNC Operator/Programmer. You will work a 4‑day week with Fridays off, enjoying a balanced lifestyle while contributing to the production of high‑quality bespoke components.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and program CNC milling and turning machines.
- Produce specialist components to exact specifications.
- Maintain machine performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in in‑house training to develop technical expertise.
- Take advantage of optional overtime to increase earnings.
Required profile
- Experience as a CNC Machinist, Operator or similar role.
- Willingness to work onsite in Truro.
- Commitment to a stable, full‑time position with a 4‑day work week.
