CNC Programmer – 5 Axis Milling & Turning (Southwark)

About the role

Join a rapidly growing, internationally‑focused manufacturer that produces precision components for aerospace, defence and robotics. Based in Southwark, you will be a senior CNC Programmer helping to establish the new UK factory and driving cutting‑edge projects.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program a range of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Deliver manufacturing projects for high‑growth sectors such as aerospace and robotics.
• Act as a go‑to machinist in the new factory and mentor junior operatives.
• Collaborate with the team on business strategy and continuous improvement.
• Participate in equity and progression programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar senior machinist.
• Willingness to work in a high‑growth, dynamic environment.
• Ability to commute to Southwark, London.
• Strong understanding of 5‑axis machining processes.
