About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a well‑established engineering company in a modern workshop overlooking the Devon coast. The position offers a flexible 4‑ or 5‑day week, early finishes on Fridays and a strong focus on work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Program and set CNC machines for a variety of components.
- Maintain and optimise CNC programmes to improve efficiency.
- Participate in overtime opportunities as required.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
Required profile
- Proven background as a CNC Setter or Programmer.
- Desire to relocate to a coastal Devon location.
- Motivation to enhance skills and progress within the company.
