About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a rapidly expanding, industry‑leading manufacturer of high‑precision equipment. You will work on a variety of CNC lathes and mills, delivering components that meet strict quality and output standards.
Key responsibilities
- Program, set up and operate CNC machines to produce high‑precision parts.
- Introduce new products to the shop floor and optimise machining cycles.
- Maintain and calibrate tooling equipment.
- Monitor production to ensure quality targets and output goals are achieved.
- Work a rotating shift pattern of early and late shifts.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.
- Hands‑on experience with both CNC lathes and mills.
- Willingness to work early and late shift patterns.
- Ability to commute to the Cambridge area.
