CNC Programmer (Marine/Electronics) – Paignton

About the role

We are seeking a CNC Programmer to join a growing precision engineering company in Paignton. The role involves working on high‑value projects for the marine, electrical and defence sectors, using state‑of‑the‑art CNC milling equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Create, edit and optimise CNC programmes using CAM software.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Maintain machine performance and ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Apprenticeship‑trained with a solid background in CNC machining.
• Experience with machine controls and a proven ability to work to tight tolerances.
• Motivation to develop further technical skills through in‑house training.
