CNC Router Supervisor

About the role

You will lead the CNC production team in a fast‑moving signage business, ensuring high‑quality output while maintaining efficiency and safety. This is a hands‑on supervisory position that blends technical expertise with people‑management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support CNC production activity, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Set up, operate and program CNC routers, fibre lasers and waterjet machines across diverse signage projects.
• Prepare materials, read and interpret technical drawings, and ensure components are ready for downstream processes.
• Maintain machinery standards, monitor workflow, and contribute to a safe, organised manufacturing environment.
• Guide and mentor the wider production team, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC router operator or supervisor within the signage or fabrication sector.
• Confidence working with aluminium, stainless steel, acrylic, PVC foam, polycarbonate and aluminium composite.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Organised, detail‑focused and able to support a busy production team.
