CNC Team Lead – Progression & CAD/CAM Training

About the role

This full‑time, workshop‑based position offers a CNC professional the chance to step into a team‑lead role with strong progression prospects. You will work alongside CAD designers and department managers, contributing to a well‑established manufacturing business in South West England.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee CNC machining and assembly processes.
• Manage quality, health & safety, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with CAD designers, department managers and other supervisors.
• Ensure smooth daily operations Monday‑Friday in a 37.5‑hour work week.

Required profile

• Solid CNC background with hands‑on machining experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Motivation to develop technical and managerial skills.
