CNC Turner – Aerospace Manufacturing (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a CNC Turner to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Yeovil. The role involves turning aerospace equipment and parts to strict specifications on a full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate centre lathes to produce parts from start to finish to aerospace specifications.
• Follow Operator Control of Quality (OCQ) procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
• Interpret engineering drawings and adhere to process layouts and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC turning, preferably within aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Ability to operate centre lathes and produce parts to exact specifications.
• Familiarity with OCQ quality control procedures.
• Strong capability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to documentation standards.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £18.99‑£19.54, dependent on experience and shift.
• Day shift: Monday‑Thursday 07:00‑15:30, Friday 07:00‑13:00.
• Late swing shift: Monday‑Thursday 15:30‑00:00.
