CNC Turner – Day Shift

About the role
The company is seeking a CNC Turner to operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls on a day‑shift schedule. You will work a 39‑hour week in Braintree, delivering high‑quality turned components for a growing manufacturing operation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC sliding‑head machines.
- Load and run programs, verify tool lists and work instructions.
- Produce first‑off components that meet drawing and quality specifications.
- Maintain production output to meet required quantities.
- Carry out in‑process inspections and record quality assurance data.
Required profile
- Ability to program and operate Fanuc‑controlled CNC machines.
- Experience reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
- Competence in selecting appropriate tooling and setting machines accordingly.
- Transferable skills from grinding or milling are considered.
