CNC Turner – Full Training on Fanuc Controls, 4-Day Week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a specialist precision‑manufacturing company in Poole. The position offers full training on Fanuc controls, a four‑day work week and a competitive hourly rate. You will work on a range of CNC turning machines to produce high‑precision components for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Program and operate 3‑axis CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls.
• Produce components to tight tolerances in line with technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Perform routine machine set‑up, tool changes and basic maintenance.
• Record production data and report any deviations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC turning within a subcontracting or precision‑engineering environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work days only (Monday‑Thursday, 06:30‑17:00).
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
