CNC Turner – Setting & Operating (4‑day week, shift allowance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner who can both set up and operate Victor and Fanuc turning machines in a fast‑moving, four‑day‑week environment. The role offers comprehensive programming training and a competitive shift allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate Victor and Fanuc turning centres, including multi‑axis mills.
• Perform quality checks on machined components and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and optimise performance.
• Participate in CNC programming training to expand skill set.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner with Victor and Fanuc controls.
• Willingness to work the Mon‑Thu shift (2:30 pm‑12:30 am) and commute to the Shildon workshop area.
• Desire for continuous learning and progression within a manufacturing environment.
