About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to step into a supervisory position within a growing precision engineering manufacturer. This full‑time, days‑based role offers industry‑leading training in supervision and leadership while you continue to develop your technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a busy CNC turning environment.
- Lead and coordinate shop‑floor activities, ensuring targets are met.
- Work closely with the machining team to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Participate in structured training programmes to develop supervisory skills.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Machinist.
- Motivation to progress into a supervisory/leadership role.
- Commitment to ongoing training and long‑term career development.
