About the role

Join Costa Coffee’s Basildon laboratory as a Coffee Laboratory Technician, responsible for day‑to‑day operations and research activities that support product quality, innovation and consistency across the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Run laboratory processes, coffee testing and product development activities.
• Conduct coffee tasting sessions and ensure accurate data capture.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to Costa’s quality guidelines.
• Support innovation goals by delivering timely and reliable test results.
