Cold Caller - UK Market

About the role

YBIX is looking for a confident, high-energy Cold Caller with proven UK market experience to join its growing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective UK clients, initiating meaningful B2B conversations, qualifying prospects and building a solid sales pipeline for the business development operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients and decision-makers across the UK market.
• Pitch company services clearly, handle initial objections and spark interest in the solutions.
• Qualify leads against established criteria and schedule discovery calls or appointments for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of call logs, client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and lead generation teams to refine calling scripts and improve outreach conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call volume and qualified lead targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound calling, B2B telemarketing or appointment setting, specifically in the UK market.
• Exceptional verbal communication in English with a clear, confident and professional phone presence.
• Strong active listening, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working to UK business hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and dialer tools.
