Collection & Delivery Driver – Full‑time, Exeter

About the role

Join Parcelforce Worldwide as a Collection & Delivery Driver based in Exeter. You will be responsible for moving parcels safely between depots and customers, ensuring timely and friendly service across the South West region.

Key responsibilities

• Sort parcels and plan efficient delivery routes each day.
• Carry out mandatory vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Collect parcels from the depot and deliver them to homes and businesses.
• Provide a courteous, reliable service for both personal and business shipments.

Required profile

• Full manual UK driving licence (Category B up to 3.5t) with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable, customer‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.

Required skills

• Valid UK manual driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t).

What we offer

• Starting salary £25,201 per year (£12.71 hour) rising to £27,561 after six months, with potential earnings up to £30,000 including overtime.
