Collections Driver – Part‑time (25 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Royal Mail as a Collections Driver in Poole, working 25 hours per week across flexible shifts. You will be part of a trusted team that collects and delivers mail, ensuring timely service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect mail from post‑boxes and business customers at pre‑arranged times.
• Visit local post offices and drop collected items at processing centres.
• Check and sort mailbags to ensure accurate delivery.
• Drive safely between locations, adhering to scheduled routes.
• Occasionally work Sundays during peak periods as required.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• People‑person with a strong sense of community.
• Willingness to walk for long periods and work in any weather.
• Looking for flexible shift patterns.

Required skills

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
