Collections & Network Driver (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

Royal Mail is looking for a reliable Collections & Network Driver to join its Reading Delivery Office on a fixed‑term, part‑time basis. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering mail, handling post‑boxes, and supporting business customers across a defined route.

Key responsibilities

• Collect mail from business customers at pre‑arranged times.
• Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses.
• Check and service post‑boxes and visit local post offices as required.
• Transport collected items to processing centres safely and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.

Required profile

• Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong sense of community and pride in the role.
• Flexible with shift patterns and able to work between 14:30 and 18:30.
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
