Colour Specialist – Part‑time (30 hrs/week)

About the role

The Colour Specialist drives colour product sales in a busy retail environment, delivering expert advice and training to both customers and colleagues. Working 30 hours per week, you will help make Space NK the go‑to destination for colour cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Train the store team to company standards on colour techniques and product knowledge.
• Deliver the colour component of the Novice Induction for all new starters.
• Schedule, log and evaluate colour training sessions around business needs.
• Provide on‑the‑floor support, observing and coaching staff during customer interactions.
• Offer unbiased product recommendations based on deep colour expertise.
• Achieve sales targets, contributing to same‑store growth, average transaction value and conversion rates.
• Inspire the team to position Space NK as a leading colour destination.

Required profile

• Highly skilled makeup artist with strong product knowledge.
• Confident, engaging communicator who can evaluate and develop team skill levels.
• Proven selling ability and passion for makeup and customer service.
• Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
