Commercial Account Executive – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join a leading insurance brokerage. Working remotely with a monthly visit to the Essex office, you will drive new business growth and strengthen our position as the broker of choice across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial insurance opportunities with clients of all sizes.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Prepare compelling tender submissions and deliver engaging presentations.
• Collaborate with internal Broking, Placement, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within commercial insurance or risk‑management.
• Familiarity with tender processes and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for relationship building.
• ACII qualification or working towards it.

• Salary £50,000‑£90,000 DOE plus a double‑salary OTE bonus scheme.
