Commercial Analyst – Integrated Change Programme

About the role

The Commercial Analyst will join the Integrated Change Programme at Homes England, supporting the delivery of strategic commercial changes across the agency. Working within a small, highly skilled commercial team, you will help ensure procurement activities are efficient, compliant and aligned with long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver transactional and tactical procurements for the change programme.
• Publish contract notices on the Find a Tender Service (FTS) and Contracts Finder in a timely manner.
• Support joint procurements with other public authorities.
• Provide administrative and project‑management assistance to the commercial team.
• Manage user access to Procontract (or equivalent) and resolve related queries.
• Ensure compliance with Homes England procurement policies, delegations and approval processes, as well as wider government requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to work at pace in a fast‑moving, uncertain environment.
• Comfort with managing incomplete information to support decision‑making.
• Proactive mindset to improve service delivery and ways of working.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach to working with colleagues across teams.

Required skills

• Procontract (or equivalent procurement platform) usage.
• Experience with FTS and Contracts Finder portals.
• Data analysis and data‑management capabilities.
