Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – £30k‑£35k OTE

About the role

This graduate scheme offers a fast‑track entry into commercial sales within a high‑growth tech business. You will develop a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and build relationships with prospective clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the full portfolio of products and services to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, nurture relationships and expand the sales pipeline.
• Manage an assigned territory, visiting client sites and maintaining regular contact.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Coordinate contractual changes with existing customers and ensure smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Commercial acumen and logical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Proven adaptability and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly.
