Commercial Banking Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Analyst to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. Working remotely from the United Kingdom, you will use your finance expertise to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Only candidates residing in the United Kingdom will be considered.
• Independent contractor willing to work on a flexible schedule.
