Commercial Conveyancer – Flexible Working & Career Progression

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Conveyancer to join a well‑established law firm in Greater Manchester. The position offers flexible, hybrid working and a clear pathway to senior leadership for ambitious solicitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.
• Handle landlord‑tenant matters, development and investment work, and refinancing transactions.
• Provide general commercial property advice and support business development initiatives.
• For senior candidates, lead the commercial property department, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to strategic growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Commercial Property fee earner.
• Proven experience handling commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Residential conveyancers with substantial commercial property experience are welcome.
• Strong client care and communication skills; supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
