About the role
This contract position is for a Commercial Electrician with an 18th Edition and Testing & Inspection qualification. The role is mobile, covering Cambridge and surrounding areas, and involves installing and maintaining commercial electrical systems for a telecoms and infrastructure specialist.
Key responsibilities
- Install commercial electrical systems in a variety of environments, including commercial buildings and data centres.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance and testing of electrical installations.
- Carry out testing and inspection in line with 18th Edition standards.
- Travel to assigned sites using your own vehicle and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and comply with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Valid 18th Edition and Testing & Inspection qualification.
- Experience in commercial electrical installation and maintenance.
- Own vehicle and a full set of tools.
- Ability to start immediately and work within a local patch.
