Commercial Finance Broker

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker to join a well‑established brokerage. The role focuses on high‑value commercial finance deals such as bridging, development finance and business lending, giving you the chance to increase earnings while enjoying flexible, self‑managed working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage commercial finance transactions, including bridging and development finance.
• Build and nurture relationships with business owners, professional landlords, accountants, solicitors and other introducers.
• Leverage your existing client bank and referrals from the company’s network to generate new business.
• Maintain a pipeline of high‑value cases and ensure timely progression through lenders.
• Provide excellent client service and act as the primary point of contact throughout the loan process.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Commercial Broker.
• Existing client bank or strong introducer relationships.
• Interest or experience in commercial finance.
• Willingness to work on a self‑employed, commission‑only basis.

• Self‑employed role with OTE £80,000‑£90,000+ per year.
