About the role

Join a fast‑growing tech company as a Commercial Graduate, working in London and using your Polish language skills to engage with prospects across the UK and Europe. This 12‑month programme offers a solid foundation in sales, client management and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Act as the central liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers regarding contractual changes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, staying composed under pressure.
• Quick learner, adaptable and eager to develop new skills.
