About the role

This Commercial Graduate Scheme is designed for recent graduates who are fluent in Spanish and eager to launch a career in a fast‑growing tech‑focused business. You will join a dynamic team in London, receiving structured training while contributing to the company’s rapid expansion across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio to confidently engage prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships, and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients regarding contractual changes.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, staying composed under pressure.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new processes and information.
