Commercial Insurance Account Executive

About the role

This full‑time, onsite position in Bournemouth offers a commercial insurance account executive the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from sole traders to senior executives of large organisations. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring insurance needs are met efficiently while supporting the branch’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial and personal lines clients.
• Review client documentation to ensure accurate quoting and compliance with FCA standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to achieve renewal and retention targets.
• Process client data promptly on internal systems to support high‑quality service.
• Assist senior Commercial Account Executives in meeting retention and customer‑service goals.

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client paperwork.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
