About the role
We are recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Claims Handler to join a reputable UK insurance firm. The role involves managing claims from start to finish while working closely with account handlers and executives. It offers a hybrid working model across several branch locations.
Key responsibilities
- Process commercial insurance claims from inception to settlement.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and internal teams throughout the claim cycle.
- Negotiate settlements and obtain appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and files for each claim.
- Utilise IT solutions to improve efficiency and workflow.
Required profile
- Minimum 18 months of commercial insurance claims experience.
- Full clean UK driving licence (required for hybrid role covering multiple locations).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise diverse workloads and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and progress within a growing organisation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
