Commercial Insurance Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Director to lead our Wokingham branch and drive growth across the South East England region. In this senior role you will shape client relationships, mentor a team of Account Executives and champion our retention and placement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ambitious Account Executives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Deliver on branch growth targets and commercial initiatives.
• Manage client retention efforts across the existing portfolio.
• Contribute to placement strategy and maintain strong relationships with insurers.
• Represent the company in the market, promoting a diverse range of insurance products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly in commercial broking.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and resilient mindset.
• Commitment to integrity and regulatory compliance.
