About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking senior commercial solicitors to join its national consultancy model as self‑employed consultants. The role offers full flexibility to work remotely or from office, with a fee‑split ranging from 70 % to 85 % of revenue generated.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own commercial law caseload confidently.
• Provide expert legal advice to business clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate revenue through fee‑earning activities while meeting a minimum billing target of £100,000 per year.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and firm policies.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with post‑qualification experience in commercial law.
• Proven ability to run an independent practice and a solid client following.
• Minimum annual billing of £100,000 (or £8,000 per month).
