Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate – Bournemouth

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will advise clients across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, working on matters such as contract issues, insolvency, professional negligence, corporate conflicts, shareholder agreements and defamation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and progress your own litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Provide strategic advice to clients in sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport.
• Develop new business and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Collaborate with senior partners and colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal solutions.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial litigation, either at associate or senior associate level.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work independently.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Commitment to a collaborative, partnership‑driven environment.
