About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join a top‑tier legal practice in Cambridgeshire. The role offers hybrid working, long‑term career prospects and an enhanced pension structure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle business restructuring matters and partnership disputes.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements.
• Manage debt recovery and contractual disputes.
• Provide expert advice on insolvency procedures and legislation.
• Represent clients in high‑profile commercial litigation cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years PQE as a Solicitor in commercial litigation and insolvency.
• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales.
• Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent client care.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation and business development experience.
