About the role

A leading regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor with at least five years post‑qualification experience. Based in Southampton with hybrid working, the role involves handling complex, high‑value disputes across sectors such as contract, shareholder, partnership, insolvency and professional negligence.

Key responsibilities

Manage your own caseload and support larger litigation matters.
Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes.
Draft legal documents and prepare cases for court or alternative dispute resolution.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial litigation.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial dispute law.
Excellent client‑facing abilities and commercial awareness.
Team‑oriented mindset.
