Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on dispute‑resolution strategy and risk management.
• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through to conclusion.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings and court documents.
• Conduct settlement negotiations, mediations and represent clients in court.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and networking activities.
• Contribute to the growth of the dispute‑resolution department.

Required profile

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with approximately 2‑5 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Strong commercial litigation experience and analytical ability.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
• Commercial awareness and client‑focused mindset.
• Effective communication and collaborative team approach.
• Interest in business development and networking.
